Writing case studies
Tenders documents often ask respondents to include some examples of where they have undertaken activities similar to the requirement. One of the ways of doing this is to write up small case studies for inclusion in your submission.
When writing your case studies, it is important to select projects or work examples that are not only recent but also relevant to the tender or proposal need. Tender evaluators are generally more interested in hearing about what tenderers have done lately, rather than projects from many years ago.
They are also interested in projects which are similar to the product or service they wish to purchase. Therefore, when choosing projects to showcase in your tender or proposal, think about matching ‘like with like’.
